送遞
In-stock product(s) will arrange to deliver within 3 days after the order is paid. Pre-order handmade product(s) required 2~3 weeks, we will start to prepare after paid and deliver when ready. When the order includes stock and pre-order products, they will be shipped together(except for any specific requirements).
完成付款及訂單確認後，現貨訂單將於3個工作天內發貨，預購款式一般需時2~3星期製作，製作完成後再安排寄出。當同一訂單內包含現貨及預購款式，除特定情況下將一拼出貨。
Please provide a clear delivery location, recipient and contact number when placing an order. We will not be responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or special requirements; the customer is responsible for additional costs, delivery risks, or related losses incurred.
下單時請提供清晰送遞地點、收件人 及 聯絡電話，因資料錯誤、不完整 或 特別要求而引致的送遞失誤，恕未能負責；而產生之額外費用、送遞風險或相關損失，客戶需自行承擔。

缺貨問題
We accept no returns for all of the hand-made and custom-made items.
所有手工制品和定制產品均不設退貨服務。
If you received incorrect, defective or the product was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt for further follow-up. After 7 days it will be a COMPLETED order with no follow-up.
如收到錯誤、瑕疵產品 或 產品於送遞中途損壞，請於貨品簽收日起7天內盡快與我們聯絡並安排跟進，7天後將視為無需跟進的完滿訂單。
We try our best to ensure the stock quantity on the website is accurate. If lack of stock after ordering, we will notify the customer via email or WhatsApp; and the payment for the out-of-stock item(s) will be refunded within 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
我們盡力確保網站庫存數量準確，如下單後缺貨，我們將以電郵 或 Whatsapp 通知客戶，缺貨之貨品款項將會於 7 個工作天內退回(星期一至五)。
